Karling Dallyn is a marketing strategist and co-founder of Delightful Digital. She began her journey in digital marketing by promoting her own wellness retreats and creative projects, before expanding into supporting founders with branding, websites, content, and digital systems.
Since 2017, she has worked across wellness, hospitality, and creative industries, helping small businesses and solopreneurs build clear, marketable brands. With strong behind-the-scenes experience in online business, Karling brings both an Online Business Manager’s mindset and a strategist’s perspective to her work. She specializes in taking a holistic approach that considers the full customer experience—from first touchpoint to long-term relationship—while helping clients build sustainable, human-centered marketing foundations.
Tomas Acuna
Tomas has over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 6 years at Whitespark, a Canadian SEO agency, where he progressed to Lead SEO Strategist.
There, he worked closely with local SMBs while also helping grow the agency from an early-stage team member into a 14-person department. His work included training teammates, building internal processes, and leading projects that improved results, efficiency, and the overall client experience.
